Dr. Burgard serves as a member of Yoonsun’s dissertation committee.

Research interests:

Yoonsun is interested in developing intervention programs and social policies concerning health and health behaviors of adolescents, particularly underserved youth. She has conducted research on substance-use behavior among Chilean and Korean adolescents, as well as mental health issues among youths of color in the U.S.
