Fall 2006: Conducted interviews and data analysis with the Faculty Diversity Project (coordinators: Alford Young, Jr. and Mark Chesler), which examines how faculty committed to diversity handle difficult situations in the classroom and with fellow faculty. Currently working on various article manuscripts using interview data from project.
Summer 2006: Conducted quantitative data analysis with James S. Jackson using National Survey of American Life (NSAL) dataset to explore impact of skin tone on national pride among African Americans and Black Caribbeans.
